By engaging Steel Gate Solution for fabrication and installation services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Steel Gate Solution provides custom steel fabrication, installation, and related works. All services are subject to design approval, material availability, and site access.
2. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
- Final pricing is confirmed after site visit and design approval.
- Material price fluctuations beyond 7 days may require quote revision.
- GST applicable at prevailing rates.
3. Payment Terms
- 50% advance required to commence fabrication.
- Remaining 50% due on installation completion.
- Custom or large orders may require different milestones — confirmed in the work order.
4. Delivery & Installation
- Lead times are confirmed in the work order and begin from design approval + advance payment.
- Delays caused by site inaccessibility, permit issues, or customer changes are not our responsibility.
5. Warranty
- Structural welding warranty: 1 year from installation.
- Powder coat finish: 6 months under normal outdoor conditions.
- Enamel paint: 3 months.
- Warranty void if modified by third parties or subjected to physical damage.
6. Cancellation
Orders cancelled after fabrication has begun will forfeit the advance payment. Cancellations before fabrication start are refundable minus consultation and design charges (₹500–₹2,000 depending on scope).
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Jurisdiction: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
